Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial one-time report purchases. If the report is not delivered, identifies the wrong brand, contains materially broken data, or does not provide useful next-step guidance, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or statutory withdrawal rights that may apply in your country.

How to request a refund

Email support@trackaimentions.com with your Paddle receipt email, order ID if available, and the reason for the refund request. You can also contact Paddle Order Support directly at paddle.net.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method where approved. Paddle may review refund requests before they are approved, and processing times can vary by payment method and bank.
